All orders MUST have secured payment before the order is processed and the inspection performed.   Where payment is through escrow, payment can be secured by credit card or by a post-dated check (45-days).

For payment by check:

Fax a copy of the check to 1-877-862-9153 to process this order.   Then mail the original check to 621 E. Gurley St. Prescott, AZ 86301.

 

For payment by Credit Card:

A representative from Core Structure Group will call to process your order and collect payment information.

 

Typical turnaround is 3-5 business days from confirmation of payment.

Certification Inspection Terms & Conditions

Conditions:

Core Structure Group must have inspections performed and photos taken by our certified inspector network.  Homeowner photos cannot be used.

Manufactured homes on full basements can be certified from the appraisal.

Core Structure Group cannot "pre-approve" foundations without an on-site inspection.

 

Terms:

All orders must be secured prior to order processing.   Orders can be secured via check or credit card for either base rate payment method.

For payment via escrow, if funds are not received from closing proceeds within 45-days, payment will be processed (whether the loan has closed or not).

If the credit card or check is refused payment for any reason, the order will be turned over to a collections agency and all collection charges will be added to the invoice.

 

Cancellations:

There is no charge for orders cancelled within 24-hours.

Orders cancelled more than 24-hours after order is processed, there is a 50% charge.

Secured payment will be used at the time of cancellation.  If a check was used to secure payment, the check will be cashed and a 50% refund sent back to the check originator.

Expedited orders may not be refunded after the order is processed.
